Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about their experience and qualifications. Any inaccurate information may affect the quality of the service provided. The client agrees to cooperate and respond to team inquiries in a timely manner.
ThinkIN Obligations
We commit to delivering high-quality services according to recognized professional standards. We adhere to agreed-upon timelines and protect client data privacy.
Cancellation Policy
The client may cancel the order before work begins and receive a full refund. After work has started, a percentage of the amount will be deducted based on the stage of work completed.
Confidentiality
All information provided by the client is treated with complete confidentiality and is not shared with any third party without the client's explicit consent.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, it shall be resolved amicably in the first instance. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
